How many of you made the resolution to eat healthy this year? Are you still committed to fulfill that resolution? If you are struggling to keep yourself committed, here are some quick tips to get motivation to eat healthy –

  1. Educate yourself about the actual nutritional benefits, only then you can choose whats best for you.
  2. Try to make it personal, like the need to be the fittest mom or dad on your sons annual sports day.
  3. Occasionally reward yourself with the permission to eat whatever you want (10% of the time in a week).
  4. Try to believe that its not a short tern plan or diet. Eating healthy is a lifestyle.
  5. Try to connect with like minded people who motivates you to follow other healthy practices.
