CircleCare Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE CIRCLECARE REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CIRCLECARE REWARDS PROGRAM.

The CircleCare Rewards program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use CircleCare Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

CircleCare Rewards Program is one way in which CircleCare endeavors to reward and motivate healthy living by using CircleCare App. Users of CircleCare App are able to earn and accumulate “CarePoints” that can be redeemed for CircleCare Rewards benefits, also known as “Rewards,” at various participating partner stores in all around the globe. Unfortunately, not all stores and offers have the ability to offer rewards or honor Rewards at this time to everyone, only the stores and offers displayed within the rewards section of the App are available to users based on their geo location.

In case of deliverable Rewards, shipping and handling charges will still apply. In case of international shipping customs charges, vats or any other fees charged by the shipping country or delivery country authority will have to be beared by the user.

In case of On The Spot Redemption, check with the vendor first about the availability of the reward item in that outlet. Different store’s may have different types of redeem policy for rewards like they might be offering a limited number for each day or at some specific stores only in your city.

All reward items featured in the CircleCare Rewards Section are subject to availability and Vendors warranties and conditions at the time of claiming the CircleCare Rewards. In case any product or service selected by a CircleCare user is not available, CircleCare user may proceed to choose / select from the other available reward items from the CircleCare Rewards Section.

Every reward has a Redeem Cap on App Reward Section based on their availability, time or frequency of redemption. For example some rewards can be redeemed only once in a lifetime or some can be redeemed daily or weekly.  

Rewards are offered based on specific geographic locations. So not all rewards will be available to everyone. You will only be able to see and redeem rewards available within your geographic location. Same rule applies for shippable rewards as well.

Once redeemed rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards. Same goes with the carepoints, they are non refundable as well.

The warranty/guarantee coverage of reward items solely depends on the sponsor/vendor. If a reward gets damaged/lost/found defective during the shipment process or after delivery, CircleCare will not be liable for that.

Disqualification of a CircleCare User, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud and misuse of CircleCare Rewards or acts in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances, may result in immediate termination of CircleCare User Account and cancellation of all CarePoints and CircleCare Rewards. Any CircleCare User so disqualified shall not be entitled to redeem his  CarePoints after such disqualification.

CIRCLECARE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on www.mycirclecare.com. Users continued holding of the CircleCare User Account following the posting of changes on www.mycirclecare.com will indicate their acceptance of changes.
