The Tartu Peace Treaty is signed between Estonia and Russia. Representatives of the Republic of Estonia and the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic signed the Treaty of Tartu. It finalized Estonia’s eastern border and recorded Russia’s public recognition of Estonia as an independent country.
